We definitely know that, for men’s wardrobe, the shirt is an essential element, this for formal outfits but also for the casual ones.
In the last seasons designers have shown us a real “metamorphosis” of the shirt: it looses its rigor sliding off the jacket for being the protagonist. So we notice how its sizes and proportions are changing, finally claiming blazer’s front row, until reaching out to a veritable hybridization with it.
Sometimes its transformation takes to a radical extension up to the knee in order to give a strong impriting to the outfit, or to embellish itself with an ornament with brand’s heritage print.
We clearly perceive this shirt revolution in the usage of unusual applications for a stylish touch as well as in the inclusion of a padding, by converting in a full-fledged outerwear.
Then the conceptual renewal is clear, given by a conscious enhancement that it expresses in different forms: lending to become a canvas where we can paint abstracts artworks and natural beauties, leaving itself impress in its candid fabric a poem, or appropriating of items that stand in for accessories.
