Fluid dualism, this is the spirit of N°21’s men fall winter 2020 collection, with clothes that slide one by one caressing new contrasts.
All that seems classic and formal at first sight reveals itself clamorously reinterpreted:
so the tailored jacket hides a super short crop top’s sensuality, and the sweater, apparently regular, lets the back nude.
The sinuous movement of the long textile belt left as trail gives modernity to a look with jeans and white shirt, and breaks up gently the strict scheme of a separate suit.
Modernity means also refocusing on the shirt collar concept, cut out, disassembled and re-pinned as a tie, or on the leopard print, no more printed but “manufactured” with embossed black wool applications on the knitwear.
A “light army” style peeks out, resulted on field jackets weared with a cloche hat and mid boots, and on leopard, here printed, that, transposed in the traditional military green tone, becomes quite similar to a camouflage that clothed oversized outerwear.
